    I'm Janet Nicol, a certified Mind-Body Integrative Wellness Coach and Somatic Practitioner. I blend traditional coaching techniques with body-based practices and my own lived experiences to help women move forward when they feel stuck.

    During our sessions, we go beyond conversation—incorporating movement, breathwork, mindfulness, ritual, creative expression, and nature-based practices.

    My approach is designed to turn that deep calling to change into actionable steps—helping you move forward with purpose and clarity.
