    I know stuck!

    After navigating grief, big life changes, parenting challenges, cross-continental moves, and career shifts, I’ve lived through the cycles of feeling lost, unsure, and disconnected from what’s next. I know what it’s like to question your direction, your purpose, and even yourself: How do I stay well mentally and physically? Is this job or career still right for me? What will life look like when my children move out? Am I living my best life? What is holding me back from moving forward? Now, stepping into my 60s—and having done my own deep work to move forward—I’ve created a grounded framework to help women do the same.

    My work brings together mind-body coaching principles, somatic awareness, creative practices, ritual, and lifestyle insight, and I draw on a big and eclectic toolbox built from years of working with women individually and in groups. As a creative artist and entrepreneur who has launched businesses, shifted professional paths, and guided hundreds of students and clients, I understand what it means to realize you’re not living your dharma or your full potential. All of my experiences—single motherhood, raising twins, the grief of losing both parents, building a life across countries—fuel my passion for helping women find belonging, clarity, and direction.

    Together, we’ll turn uncertainty into momentum and create a life that feels fully, unmistakably yours.
