Every woman’s journey looks a little different. I offer one-on-one coaching and three pathways that help you reconnect, realign, and rise no matter where you are on your path.
1. ROOT & RISE
A foundational reset for women who feel depleted, stuck, or unsure what comes next.. Reconnect to yourself, clear the noise, and rebuild your inner steadiness. We focus on grounding, clarity, and starting fresh with intention and support.
Best for: women in transition, burnout recovery, or rebuilding confidence.
- Duration: 3 sessions (60 minutes each, over 4–6 weeks)


2. FLOW & BALANCE
For women who want to find their rhythm again — emotionally, mentally, and physically.
We look at your energy, patterns, and habits to help you create a daily rhythm that feels supportive, spacious, and sustainable.
Best for: women juggling too much, craving structure, or wanting more ease.
- Duration: 6 sessions (60 minutes each, over 2–3 months)
3. EMBODY & EMERGE
A deeper journey for women ready to step into what’s next with confidence.
We work on releasing what’s old, strengthening inner trust, and taking aligned action toward your next chapter or creative desire.
Includes somatic practice, guided reflection, and momentum-building support.Best for: women experiencing a major life change, a creative awakening, or a call to reinvent.
- Duration: 12 sessions (60 minutes each, over 4–6 months)
