• MY JOURNEY

I’ve lost my way more than once — and I know how disorienting it feels to ask, “What now?”
After losing my mother, closing my movement studio during COVID, and watching my three sons leave home, everything I depended on shifted at once. I felt unmoored, unsure of what came next.

When I looked for support, most of the coaching I found felt scattered or surface-level. That’s when I realized I needed to become the kind of guide I was searching for — someone grounded, intuitive, creative, and practical.

Drawing from decades of experience in yoga, meditation, movement, somatic work, and art, I began weaving these worlds together to help women reconnect with their bodies, their creativity, and their inner wisdom.

Now, as I enter my 60th year, my work is for women who’ve cared for everyone else and are finally ready to return to themselves — not perfectly, but honestly. If you’re in a transition, a fog, or a quiet “I wish I could…” moment, you’re not alone.

    Sound like you?
    Let’s find your way forward—together.
