• MY JOURNEY

I’ve lost my way more than once, and I know how hard it can be to find your way back. After losing my mother, closing my movement studio during COVID, and watching my three kids leave home, I felt utterly adrift. In my mid-50s, I asked myself, “What now?”—ashamed that I didn’t “have it all together.”

When I reached out for help, many coaches dismissed my story as too scattered. That’s when I realized: I had to become the mentor I couldn’t find—creative, earth-based, body-focused, spiritual, practical, and playful. Drawing on decades of experience with yoga, meditation, art, movement, and healing practices, I began weaving them all into coaching for women like myself.

Now, stepping into my 60th year, I take on the role of guiding women who’ve spent their lives caring for others and are ready to rediscover themselves. I help them reconnect with their bodies, their creativity, and their inner wisdom—through the messy, beautiful process of becoming whole again.

    Sound like you?
    Let’s find your way forward—together.
