My Journey:
Having lost my way multiple times, I know how hard it is to find your way back—or even know what to do next. Most recently, after losing my mother and navigating the stress of running a business during COVID, I made the painful decision to close my movement and meditation studio and café, stop teaching, and watch as my three kids left for college. I felt utterly adrift. Scribbling in my journal in my mid-50s, I asked myself, What should I do or be? I was so ashamed that I didn't 'have it all together' like everyone else.
Seeking guidance, I contacted several coaches, only to face rejection multiple times. They told me my story and struggles were “too scattered, unclear, and complicated.” That’s when I realized: I needed to become the coach I couldn’t find for myself—one who is creative, female-centric, earth-based, body-focused (somatic), spiritual, practical, and playful.
I also felt a deep calling to consolidate everything I had studied and loved—yoga, meditation, art, movement, education, and the healing arts—into coaching and mentoring specifically for women.
As I approach my 60th year and step into my evolving role as a “wise woman,” I’m here to guide others through their messy, beautiful, and transformative journeys.

A little more about me
While I value spirituality and alternative healing modalities, my coaching is practical, honest, and grounded.
My happy place is our family cabin in Quebec's Gatineau Hills, located on the unceded territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin People.
I'm a fourth-generation Canadian with Scottish and Irish roots, married for over 22 years, and have three grown sons. Adventurous yet grounded, I'm a curious, creative, and independent soul.
As a lifelong seeker of adventure, spirituality, movement modalities and ideas, I have lived, studied and worked in various countries, fearlessly exploring our magical world.
